NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture and growth ambitions. Candidates who have previously worked with them have had long tenures, indicating a positive work environment.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish effective solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, API communication, and a modern Rails application
• Utilize PostgreSQL database and integrate with mobile apps

You?

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Receive feedback and meet other team members
