Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing.

People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from app technology, through treasury and finance, to customer support.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design, implementation, and embedding of the enterprise risk management framework. You'll join the team which sets out the global risk management approach for Revolut in Western Europe, factoring in the business strategy and board-level risk appetite.

• Developing and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework
• Developing a risk appetite framework, including the creation of risk appetite metrics (KRIs)
• Supporting our risk governance processes
• Establishing and implementing risk policies and procedures
• Working with the first line of defence to identify potential risks and implement adequate mitigation
• Contributing to the monitoring of the firm’s risk profile through KRIs, incidents, and other risk monitoring tools
• Designing and implementing risk management processes that are efficient and effective (minimal bureaucracy, maximum impact)
• Developing and producing insightful management information
• Liaising with regulators
• Contributing to strengthening firm-wide risk awareness and culture

• A proven track record in risk management, preferably within a banking, fintech, or payments environment
• Substantial practical experience in the design and implementation of ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (ideally banking and/or payments)
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management
• To be tech and data savvy with the ability to innovate, create, and analyse data to generate meaningful and important business and risk insights

• Exposure to high-growth startups or scale-ups in finance or across other industries
• A degree in business administration, engineering, economics, finance, or related field
• An MBA, CFA, CAIA, or FRM professional certification
