Une entreprise de supports client recherche un Conseiller(ère) Assistance Client pour une relocalisation au Portugal. Ce poste est destiné aux candidats basés dans le Grand Est, offrant un pack complet de relocalisation incluant transport et hébergement temporaire. Les principales missions comprennent la réponse aux clients par divers moyens, ainsi que la proposition de solutions adaptées. Une bonne maîtrise du français et un niveau d'anglais sont requis, tout comme un sens du service et une communication efficace.
