- Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot technical and service issues (dont worry, we provide full training)
- Collaborate with a friendly, international team and learn from experienced mentors
- Maintain accurate customer records to ensure top-quality service
- Native-level French speaker (C2)
- Confident English speaker (B2 level or higher)
- Great communicator with a positive mindset
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Already living in Greece or ready to relocate
- Previous customer service experience is a bonusbut not required
