A leading international jewellery brand seeks a Retail Trainer in Courbevoie. The successful candidate will develop the skills and knowledge of retail teams across France, delivering impactful training sessions and improving customer experiences. They will adapt global training content to fit local needs and assess performance through regular store visits. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in retail training and fluency in English are required, while Spanish is a plus.
The Retail Trainer is responsible for developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of retail teams across the French stores network. This role delivers impactful training programs that enhance customer experience, strengthen product expertise, and improve sales results. The Retail Trainer acts as a key partner for store teams, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Sales Training Manager Western Europe (France, Spain, Portugal), your main responsibilities will include:
