We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Project Manager CI/CD – EndPointto take on the following responsibilities :

• Lead and manage CI/CD projects related to EndPoint and workplace environments (Windows).
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project phases: design, validation, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (EndPoint, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Support).
• Oversee automation processes for application packaging, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and coordinate with cybersecurity teams.
• Manage releases across test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Monitor project KPIs (deployment success rate, incidents, delivery timelines).
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and reporting through DevOps tools.
• Participate in technical, project, and security steering committees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in CI/CD and workplace automation.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / DevOps or CI/CD-oriented Project Manager in an IT environment.
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving automation, deployment, or workplace environments.

Skills & Expertise:

• Languages: Fluent French is mandatory; technical English is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
