Job summary
A leading consumer products company is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to relocate to Morocco. This role requires driving strategic growth in both B2B and B2C markets while overseeing operations, sales, marketing, and supply chain. The ideal candidate has proven executive experience, fluency in French and English, and a strong track record in business scaling and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or Senior Executive.
- Strong background in both B2B and B2C operations, with a track record of scaling businesses.
- Commercially driven with deep market insights and strategic foresight.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in digital transformation and e-commerce growth strategies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for B2B and B2C channels.
- Oversee operations, sales, marketing, and supply chain functions to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Strengthen market presence by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Ensure financial performance aligns with business objectives and shareholder expectations.

THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO MOROCCO.
