Our Outbound team and key stakeholders are based in Spain, the UK, Ukraine, Sweden, Denmark, and beyond, offering you the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the continent.
The Role:
As Proposition Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the Outbound SaaS value proposition across Europe. This pivotal role combines strategic insight, creativity, and hands-on delivery to accelerate our growth in diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities as a Proposition Marketing Manager:
- Shape market understanding: Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify trends, needs, and opportunities across Europe. Define and refine ideal customer and partner profiles, ensuring our offering stands out in a competitive landscape.
- Drive proposition development: Translate market insights into actionable product and service roadmaps. Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and customer relation teams to align features, pricing, and messaging with market needs. Create and validate compelling value propositions for different segments.
- Lead commercial enablement: Develop and implement commercial enablement for both direct and indirect (reseller) channels. Equip sales, customer relations and partners with the tools, collateral, and training needed to win and retain customers. Champion adoption and advocacy through targeted marketing and engagement initiatives, supported by our marketing team.
- Measure and optimise impact: Track and analyse key metrics related to market penetration, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to refine propositions and strategies and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
You will work closely with stakeholders across product, technology, marketing, sales, and customer service, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our outbound sales technology and driving continued European growth.
Who we are looking for:
- Over 5 years’ experience driving proposition or product marketing, sales, or market development within SaaS, telecommunications, or other B2B software sectors.
- Understanding and familiarity with the outbound industry or sales technology solutions is a benefit.
- Expertise in conducting market research, shaping go-to-market strategies, and defining product or service roadmaps.
- Proven success collaborating with direct and indirect sales teams, including experience building and managing channel partnerships.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in business English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required.

Success in this role means owning and elevating the Outbound platform proposition across Europe and turning insight into impact. Within your first 6-12 months, you will have:
- Identified high-potential market segments and untapped commercial opportunities, shaping targeted strategies to drive growth
- Defined and validated compelling value propositions for key customer profiles, reflected in clear, differentiated messaging across channels
- Delivered high-impact commercial enablement that is actively used by sales and reseller teams, improving conversion rates and shortening the sales cycle
- Contributed to measurable growth in platform adoption, pipeline development, and customer retention, underpinned by your proposition work
- Established a structured feedback loop, turning customer, market, and partner insight into ongoing refinement of the proposition and go-to-market plans
- Fostered strong alignment across marketing, product, sales, and customer success, ensuring teams are working toward shared commercial goals
- You will know you are succeeding when our teams are confidently selling, customers clearly understand and value what we offer, and new growth opportunities are being uncovered and captured at pace.
