A leading construction management firm is seeking a Site Manager to oversee exciting technical mega-projects across Europe. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in construction or automation within critical environments. This role offers a competitive salary of €80–100K, with bonuses and a comprehensive travel package. You will represent the client on-site, manage teams, and ensure high standards of execution for projects that include data centers and pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
Location Options: You can be based in either Netherlands, Germany, Ireland or United Kingdom. Travel: Up to 100% (long-term site-based assignments across Europe: Netherlands / Ireland / Germany / Finland / Spain / UK)

With scopes ranging from €5–30M as part of €500M–€1B+ total builds, these projects demand precision, speed, and high-quality execution.
We are seeking a Site Manager who can combine technical expertise, leadership maturity, and political savvy to represent our client at construction sites across Europe.
You will work directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and end clients — while leading and protecting on-site engineering teams in high-pressure environments.
