About you

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience and Technical skills

• Expertise in using Azure DevOps and related tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery/deployment (CD) concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with Azure network and security components (build and run): VNet, Network Security Group, monitoring of resources, and best practices surrounding them.
• Mastery of Azure resource monitoring tools (OMS).
• Experience with architecture design best practices (AD, Storage, Managed services, etc.).
• Experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem (Node, Pod, Ingress, ConfigMap, FlexVolume, Services, NetworkPolicy, CertManager, etc.).
• Experience automating deployment of architectures and configurations (PowerShell, Python, JSON, ARM, YAML, HELM, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of software development processes including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to different organizational levels from executive forums to technical teams.
• Autonomy, self-drive, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

The division

Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims to design, develop, and operate global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA entities and the AXA Group at the right level of quality, service, and cost, aligned with business-driven priorities. Its main activities include global product delivery, portfolio management, day-to-day operations, and proximity management with entities.

The department / team

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. Our IT for Business team designs, builds, and operates end-user global applications across various domains such as Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR, Communication, and Compliance. Our mission is to be the preferred partner of the Business families in Corporate Functions, ensuring excellence and consistency across our products by implementing, operating, and managing Group and Global Solutions, delivering advisory services, and leveraging a market-leading rightshored delivery model. You will be part of a high-performing team of 200 experts mainly located in France and Portugal, focused on delivery, collaboration, commitment, and value creation, with opportunities to learn and grow in cutting-edge technologies, working closely with colleagues from Group Corporate departments.

Our department is committed to providing our customer entities with cloud-based solutions that deliver performance, robustness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The AXA GO product Risk Projection Engine Sunrise is an actuarial platform for dynamic financial analysis (DFA), based on models and stochastic projections for predictions on Solvency 2, IFRS17, ALM, and Internal Model Review, widely used at AXA.

The Risk Projection Engine Sunrise runs in an Azure Cloud environment, supported by a team of specialists in France and Portugal. The purpose of this position is to integrate into the Azure Platform Engineers team and support the cloud strategy for RPE Sunrise.

Main responsibilities include:

• Integrate with the Azure Platform Engineer team using Agile practices to ensure communication, work distribution, and knowledge sharing.
• Support the definition and implementation of RPE Sunrise Azure strategy, deploying scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure solutions in Azure.
• Monitor and optimize Azure performance and costs.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure Azure resources are securely configured and compliant with AXA security standards and regulations.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure, working with other IT teams such as Network and Cloud Broker.
