The Transportation Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to generate revenue through 3PL and asset-based trucking services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in need of over-the-road (OTR), dedicated, and freight brokerage solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the transportation industry, a strong network of shippers, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
This position may require a mix of in-office work, remote work, and travel to client sites or industry events. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary depending on customer location and business development opportunities.
