Job summary
Une agence de recrutement spécialisée recherche un Assistant(e) polyvalent(e) anglais pour un contrat de 2 mois dans le secteur de l'énergie. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'assistant polyvalent et possédera un anglais courant. Les missions incluent la gestion de documents, l'organisation du classement, et l'accueil des nouveaux agents. Le poste est basé à Rueil-Malmaison et offre une rémunération de 30 à 35K€ par an ainsi que divers avantages.

- Vérifier l'orthographe, la grammaire et les coordonnées des destinataires.

- Gérer l'accueil des nouveaux agents.

We are looking for a commercial assistant H/F on a 2-month fixed-term contract.
Rattaché(e) to the Department Head, the missions are as follows:
- Format all types of documents (letters, notes, slide decks...) according to the Department's design chart.
- Review all documents (spelling, grammar, syntax) and verify the recipients' contact details.
- Track letters and notes on the internal software.
- Organize the filing and archiving (paper and digital).
- Follow the projects and cross‑functional activities of the Direction.
- Manage the arrival and departure of mail.
- Track daily the generic Direction mailbox.
- Handle miscellaneous requests (administrative supplies, information).
- Handle room reservation requests.
- Assure the welcome of new agents (contacts in advance, prepare logistics of arrival: supplies, PC, email address, administrative supplies, portrait).
- Work in polyvalence with the other Direction assistants.
The list of tasks is non exhaustive.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a polyvalent assistant in the energy sector.
With excellent relational skills, you will demonstrate autonomy, organization, and the ability to propose.
You possess conversational / fluent English.
Rueil-Malmaison (92)
30/35K€ over 12 months according to profile.
37h30 (7h30 per day).
