Your mission

Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision‑makers from HR executives to CEOs across Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30‑300 employees – highly qualified workforces where top talent attraction is the key HR challenge.

  • Full sales cycle: From prospection to closing

⭐ Is it you we’re looking for?
  • Have at least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role;

  • Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.

  • Are highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills;

  • Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;

  • Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building;
