  • Identify potential issues and propose solutions that meet business needs while optimizing performance, security, scalability, and availability.
  • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and support resources for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to clients, ensuring that they are receiving the full benefits of their Atlassian solutions and cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to identify features required by customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest product features, releases, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Skills and experience you'll need to succeed:
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex Atlassian solutions for software development, DevOps, and systems administration teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, IT Service Management (ITSM), DevOps practices, and software development life cycles.
  • Experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, Python, or SIL.
  • Experience in Linux Systems administration.
  • Familiarity with related technologies, such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, and other Atlassian products.
  • Proven problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • A customer‑focused attitude and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Beyond the resume skills that match our culture and this role:
  • You are dedicated to elevating client and co‑worker experiences, knowing that exceptional work centers on serving others.
  • You adapt swiftly to new business demands, understanding that change fuels collective and individual growth.
  • You excel in communication, effectively connecting in remote/hybrid environments using tools like Slack, Zoom, and G Suite and through occasional in‑person events.
  • You have exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
We offer:

Financial benefits

  • Every Appfire employee is eligible for company equity.
  • Work from‑home allowance: 50€ gross per month for 11 months a year (i.e. Excluding Holidays).

Skills development benefits

  • Access to the Appfire University learning platform – a hub of knowledge, interactive resources, and engaging instructor‑led courses designed to fuel your learning journey with unparalleled depth and accessibility.
