This is an exciting opportunity to join a global healthcare logistics organisation that’s driving innovation and improving patient outcomes worldwide.
We’re looking for a Sales Support Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and hands‑on experience in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to support and optimise sales performance across the business.
As part of the sales operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making. Your day‑to‑day will involve :
- đź“Š Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- 🧾 Building and maintaining reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Excel.
- 🧠Managing CRM data (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- ⚙️ Streamlining sales processes and improving efficiency through automation and analysis.
- 🤝 Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
- đź’¬ Assisting with customer inquiries and providing analytical support to the sales function.
- 🧩 Developing training materials and documentation for sales tools and workflows.
- 🔍 Conducting market research to support competitive positioning and sales strategy.
- Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in :
- PowerBI (or other BI tools)
- Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Microsoft SQL Server or Access.
- Bonus points for :
- Python, R, or similar analytical programming skills.
- Experience with Alteryx, Power Automate, or RPA tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management.
- Previous experience in sales support, analytics, or operations.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Salary: €28K + 6% Bonus (rising to €30K after 6 months).
