Job Title: Trainee

Job Description Summary: Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. With approximately 50,000 employees across over 400 offices in 60 countries, our Valuation & Advisory department based in Barcelona is looking for a new team member.

Overview: From the start, you'll be involved in various projects within the department, working alongside a young team and department partners. You'll learn about the standards, methods, and tools used at departmental and corporate levels, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support your development. This role offers the opportunity to gain a global perspective on consultancy services within a multinational company and to learn from professionals recognized in the real estate sector.

Objectives / Primary Responsibilities:

• Gain expertise in consultancy and valuation of assets within the real estate sector.
• Present reports and proposals to national and international clients, including property descriptions and market context.
• Participate in valuation visits and property inspections across Spain, including shopping centers, retail, office, and industrial properties.
• Conduct market research in real estate sectors to support report preparation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Excel and Office applications.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Immediate availability.
