You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience and are passionate about education. The Role:

As a Business Development Representative at CareerOS, you’re a key player in our mission to expand across Europe!

Your main mission?

Generate leads, build relationships, and help drive new business opportunities for CareerOS. Oh, and have a lot of fun doing it!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Hunt down new potential clients in the education and university sectors across Europe
  • Build rock-solid relationships with decision-makers at universities and higher education institutions
  • Team up with sales and marketing to ensure everything runs smoothly from lead gen to deal close
  • Stay organized and crush it using CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Keep an eye on the competition and stay ahead of industry trends to keep CareerOS in the spotlight
  • Smash your monthly and quarterly targets (and celebrate when you do!)

What You Need:

  • Fluent in English (a second European language such as German, Spanish, French, Italian is a strong plus!)
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or similar experience, ideally in SaaS or the education space
  • You’re a natural people person with strong communication skills—you know how to build connections
  • Passionate about education, networking, and helping others succeed in their careers
  • Self-starter who loves working independently but can also crush it as part of a team
  • Located in Barcelona (or ready to move to one of the best cities in the world!)
