CONCAPE is a specialized personnel service provider supporting an international Swiss industrial company at its headquarters in Saint Gallen. The company has grown into a renowned organization through product innovation and dedicated employees (M/F).
Position: IT Business Consultant Dynamics 365 FO (M/F/d)
Location: Switzerland (CH) + Home Office (1 Day at Saint Gallen). Home Office: up to 4 days per week. Prerequisite for 4 days home office is residence in Switzerland due to social security reasons.
Responsibilities:
- Handle projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to implementation and training.
- Manage project deliverables related to Manufacturing processes and logistics, including D365 (Discrete Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, Production Setup).
- Serve as the main responsible person and project manager for these areas.
- Identify business needs, develop tailored concepts, design solutions, configure systems, create requirements for the development team, and handle documentation and training.
Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 and international ERP implementation projects.
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to step out of comfort zone to ensure project success.
- Strong management skills in planning and coordinating projects.
