About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Office Manager Iberia to join our dynamic team. Based in Barcelona, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Iberia office. You will support various teams and executives by handling a wide range of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks.
People are at the centre of everything you do. You create a positive and welcoming office atmosphere, ensuring colleagues feel supported and valued. With strong multitasking skills and a proactive mindset, you continuously look for ways to enhance the workplace and improve the daily experience for everyone. You will manage many different kinds of tasks like spotting and fixing issues in the office, arranging for international travel for executives under your care and major group meetings taking place locally, ensuring the office is always fully stocked, supporting our management and various teams and taking the lead in or supporting the organization of company outings and events.
As the go-to person for your colleagues, you build strong relationships across the team and beyond. You’re the welcoming face of the office for our international partners, colleagues, external stakeholders and suppliers while confidently upholding company policies and taking full ownership of your role.
