Formación

Location: Barcelona Office
Schedule: 39h/week (Monday Saturday, rotating shifts between 09:00 20:00)
Salary: 19,484 gross/year + up to 3,000 gross/year in performance bonus
Benefits: Private medical insurance

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential and existing customers in the French market.

  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and exceptional service.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent level of French (C2) and good level of English (B2+).

  • Ideally based in France or with strong knowledge of the French market.

  • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service ideally within the automotive industry or luxury products sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and goal-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
