About The Team

The Resident Technology Services team offers premium, long-term professional services to HashiCorp customers. The purpose of the team is to align with the biggest technical transformation initiatives of HashiCorp customers, working as part of the customer technology team from start to finish.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Provide guidance on the customer cloud transformation journey related to HashiCorp products.
• Assist in aligning people, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
• Contribute to building a multi-cloud adoption framework.
• Articulate and redefine the cloud consumption model in relation to HashiCorp workflows.
• Help Enterprise CxOs articulate the business value of the cloud consumption model.
• Increase developer velocity while satisfying governance, risk & controls.
• Communicate the business value of HashiCorp products to customer executives.
• Explain HashiCorp technical functionalities to diverse audiences.
• Educate and advise customers on adopting HashiCorp tools for cloud transformation.
• Coordinate HashiCorp professional services for customer needs.
• Educate contributors on system administration, automation, and observability best practices.
• Undergo background checks as required by the customer.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years experience designing and implementing technical systems and services.
• Intermediate understanding of DevOps and automation.
• Technical expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and security.
• Proficiency with one or more HashiCorp tools.
• Familiarity with security and compliance for shared services.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams.
• Track record in cloud transformation initiatives.
• Passion for cloud operating models, organizational transformation, and SRE.
• Experience with cloud maturity assessments and governance.
• Familiarity with cloud providers and shared service management.
• Ability to communicate at technical and executive levels.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
