• Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns for multiple clients
• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automations to enhance customer engagement
• Maintain and enhance customer segmentation and targeting strategies for various brands
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering insights based on email performance data

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing
• Experience with email service providers such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in e-commerce or sports-related industries
• Familiarity with GA4 and email performance reporting tools
• Passion for sports and/or e-commerce marketing
