What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activating and registering their Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken or needed
Leverage product knowledge to address customer inquiries and drive patient adoption of Omnipod
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and patient support
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s Degree
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer products)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
