What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activating and registering their Omnipod device

• Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken or needed
• Leverage product knowledge to address customer inquiries and drive patient adoption of Omnipod
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and patient support
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer products)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
