Our team is growing and we're looking to hire another technician for our team!
As a Martech / RevOps / Automations Specialist with us your days will be filled with a variety of tasks that keep things interesting and engaging. You'll work within our project management system completing assigned tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Troubleshooting and fixing client Zaps and CRM workflows will be part of your routine and you'll keep clients updated via Slack or Loom videos.
We value creativity and strategic thinking so you'll be transforming client ideas into efficient automations that save them time and boost their revenue. Our work is anything but cookie‑cutter so thinking outside the box is crucial. You'll interact directly with clients gathering the details you need to complete projects and keeping them in the loop with regular updates. Sometimes you'll watch call recordings to extract details, map them out in a flowchart and then implement the solutions.
This is an ultra‑fast‑paced environment and you will need to be able to focus, diagnose and solve problems quickly and efficiently. If you visualize the world as diagrams or flowcharts this could be the perfect job for you. The role involves a lot of technical implementation work but also a lot of strategy. You must be able to take the clients desired outcome break it down into steps and then implement those steps.
Attention to detail is critical. Our clients trust us to manage the behind‑the‑scenes of their multi‑7‑ and 8‑figure businesses. We're looking for a full‑time candidate available to work in the North American Eastern Time Zone. You need to be willing to be part of a team because we believe in providing the best value to our clients through strong internal communication and teamwork.
Fluency in English is a must as you'll need to communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients. Sometimes you'll interact with clients via Slack to get more details or provide updates other times you may need to hop on a Zoom call to get a better understanding of their needs.
We work primarily with High Ticket Coaches and Consultants so familiarity with tools like Zapier (a must) Integromat, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot (should have), Close, Pipedrive, Clickfunnels, ScheduleOnce, Calendly, Typeform, Wufoo, Google Sheets, Aloware and Slack is essential.
You will need to take ownership of tasks and outcomes including any failures. A love for learning is crucial as the work we do is unique and the industry changes quickly. The desire to be the best version of yourself day in and day out is what drives us to serve our clients better.
