Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM (PY) Consultant with strong knowledge of Swiss (CH) and/or Austrian (AT) payroll to join STRADA’s expert team. The consultant will design, implement, and support SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance and optimal performance across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY) for Switzerland and/or Austria, including payroll schemas, wage types, and legal reports
  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PY solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide expert‑level support
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams on system integrations, enhancements, and workflow optimization
  • Support end‑to‑end payroll processing, testing, and end‑user training
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives
  • Participate in SAP system upgrades, patching, and change management activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) for Swiss and/or Austrian payroll
  • Solid understanding of local payroll legislation and compliance requirements
  • Hands‑on experience configuring payroll schemas, rules, and wage types
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time), smart forms, and SAP scripts
  • Fluent in English; German or French language skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the euHReka SAP platform
  • Relevant SAP certifications in HCM and Payroll modules
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching team members
