A week in this role will involve…

• Development and configuration of different business applications. You will be involved in the planning/architectural aspects of Software Development as soon as possible.

• Never‑Ending Learning: We believe in continuous improvement. Your career starts with the Saltech Academy Program and continues with ongoing learning.
• Academy Program details: During your first 6 months you receive personalized professional enablement to obtain two Pega certifications (System Architect and Senior System Architect). Afterward you start working on real projects for the largest companies in the world.

Who are we looking for?

• Proficient in at least one programming language
• Reside in Spain and have a permanent residence and work permit
• Speak English and Spanish fluently
• Passion for computer science and the latest technologies
• Good understanding of databases and analytics
• Comfortable with working on a low-code platform
• Able to travel around 15% of the year to meet clients and work on on‑site projects
• Comfortable with being an active part of client meetings and bringing superb interpersonal skills
• Able to see the big picture and use critical thinking to tackle complex business problems
