A recruitment solutions company is looking for an Account Manager Executive to develop and maintain sales in Spain. The role is remote and requires fluency in both German and English, along with proven sales experience. The company offers attractive remuneration, an indefinite contract, and opportunities for growth within the Cloud industry. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Focus on small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to ensure prompt follow‑up and resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet both client needs and internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (C1). As well as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment.
  • Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Previous experience working with channel partners or in a channel sales environment.
