Job summary
A leading international company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Madrid to manage recruitment, HR administration, and support people operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a preferred Master's, and at least 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is required along with strong organizational skills. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings and CV screening.
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation and coordinate with external providers.
- Collaborate on internal HR projects focused on culture and engagement.
