What youll do

Youll lead all production and technical activities in our Lleida plant ensuring cost-effective efficient operations that meet quality standards and sales commitments. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing multi-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance.
  • Overseeing maintenance and repair planning including CAPEX projects to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.
Who we are looking for

Were looking for someone who is responsible accountable and ready to Own this role . Someone with strong leadership skills technical expertise and a passion for operational excellence. Youll also need :

  • Bachelors degree with 810 years experience in production / operations management.
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning production scheduling and cost control.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.
  • Knowledge of HSE and quality compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage OPEX / CAPEX budgets and deliver efficiency gains.
