A leading international company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Madrid to manage recruitment, HR administration, and support people operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a preferred Master's, and at least 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is required along with strong organizational skills. Formación

About the Role

A confidential international company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support and manage key HR processes in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle recruitment, HR administration, onboarding, learning support and daily coordination with managers.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment : job postings, CV screening, interviews, feedback and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
HR Administration
  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation : onboarding, contract changes, offboarding.
  • Coordinate with external providers (occupational health, training, payroll, etc.).
  • Maintain and update internal HR systems and employee records.
  • Support in preparing reports and assisting with internal / external audits.
People Operations
  • Collaborate on internal HR projects (culture, engagement, internal communication, training).
  • Provide support to employees, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and timely responses.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred).y
  • Experience with Payroll, preferably
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
  • Fluency (C1 level) in English, French and Spanish – written and spoken.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with recruitment tools or HR software is a plus.
