The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a preferred Master's, and at least 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is required along with strong organizational skills. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings and CV screening.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation and coordinate with external providers.
• Collaborate on internal HR projects focused on culture and engagement.
