Formación

The Opportunity

In this role, you will contribute directly to the efficiency of our production processes by managing documentation, coordinating material flows, and ensuring accurate ERP data across multiple manufacturing sites.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support production planning processes by managing and updating order information in the ERP system.

Perform material consumption entries in ERP for the manufacturing area.

Upload and organise delivery notes and related documentation in ERP and Redmine.

Review warehouse and project stock levels, coordinating material transfers to production when required.

Your Background

Vocational Training / Intermediate Degree in Administration or similar, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an asset.

B2 level of English (assessed during the interview).

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Interest in industrial operations and production processes.
