Cooltra is looking for a new Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Marketing department.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop Cooltra marketing and communication strategy to achieve the business plan for B2B, B2C and B2G business line with diversified revenue streams.
• Lead a team of +15 people.
• Being part of the Leadership team.
• Define an action plan and manage KPIs for the different areas of the team : growth, retention, communication and design.
• Planning and executing global campaigns to generate and increase high-quality leads and coordinate with Regional Managers the contents local campaigns.
• Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure retention and growth.
• Select a variety of channels (such as emailing, landing pages, social media, private and public communities, etc…) in order to find the most effective mix of activities to drive growth.
• Work closely with the Tech, Product and Sales department to improve our service.
• Build trust relations and collaborations with providers and partners to achieve the best result possible.

Profile

• 8 years of experience building marketing strategies as well as experience with growth and digital.
• Previous experiences leading a team successfully (communicaion, design, acquisition and retention).
• Exceptional analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel.
• High level of Spanish and English are mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
• Be data driven with strong analytical orientation.
