Summary

The Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Senior Specialist ensures that client orders are taken in, processed, and executed accurately to ensure timely delivery of products.

About The Role

Major accountabilities:

1. Create site-level Supply Plans, including Production and Logistics plans, ensuring accurate reflection in the 3Agest System.
2. Manage productions and shipments, ensuring timely production and shipment in compliance with IATA rules and ADR.
3. Maintain direct communication with the Customer Service department and the next points in the supply chain.
4. Serve as the main contact for follow-up on delivery dates and escalate supply-related changes.
5. Provide initial training for logistics department staff and manage planning parameters in the 3Agest system.
6. Support local supply and operations processes actively.
7. Organize and monitor logistics flows of final products to customers (freight out).
8. Manage international orders, including their integration into D365 and 3Agest systems, and maintain related documentation.
9. Identify and evaluate new routes and transportation companies.
10. Manage transportation for recovery of Type A boxes.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
2. Experience in effective communication and collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations.
3. Utilize new technology and techniques to eliminate non-value-adding activities and enhance productivity.
4. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in task management.
5. Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.
