A leading data strategy firm in EMEA is seeking a Principal RWD Strategy Lead to drive the strategic use of real-world data across clinical and commercial initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in data science and RWD applications, along with extensive experience in CRO or pharma environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead RWD strategies, and support high-visibility projects, all while managing compliance and stakeholder relationships. This position offers the opportunity to influence global evidence generation and drive innovation.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience within CRO, pharma, or data vendor environments.
• Fluency in English; Chinese fluency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and healthcare markets.
• Experience in budgeting and cost evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation and execution of RWD strategies.
• Manage compliance with internal policies and contractual needs.
• Collaborate with various functional groups on RWD initiatives.
• Support complex RWD RFIs, RFPs, and global projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term RWD strategy development.
