We are hiring a Business Development Manager with proven experience for selling security solutions at EMEA Market .
ZKTeco Europe is a multinational enterprise specialized in the manufacture and development of biometrics and RFID technology solutions for the Security industry.
Our main focus is on Biometrics such as face recognition, palm-vein recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition, applied to Time Attendance, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance and many more areas.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Business Development Manager for EMEA to join ZKTeco Sales team.
What is your Role? :
Your role is to use your sales experience in Security Sector (Time Attendance, Entrance Control, Access Control....) and network to generate new business & sales opportunities in EMEA Region.
What will you do at ZKTeco Europe? :
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new distributors for the ZKTeco Products Portfolio. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline in the European countries assigned.
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities according to the Business Sales Plan.
- Play an active role in creating business strategy for European Countries assigned.
- Create strategies to develop current partners and bring new partners.
- Negotiate with partners and distributors to sell ZKTeco products. Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Pitching services and products to new clients & partners.
- Present product portfolio and represent ZKTeco Europe brand. Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends. Initiate marketing operations with cooperation partners.
What do you need to work at the position?

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the sales area of security company.
- Be able to design the proposal, select the most suitable ZKTeco products, to offer best solution to the customer.
- Willingness to travel in European Countries assigned.
- Fluency in English or / and German.
- Used to work in a distribution channel network.
