A leading pharmacy firm in Duisburg is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full recruitment process. This role involves engaging candidates through modern tools and social media, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in recruitment and fluency in both English and German. Competitive benefits, including a pension plan and vacation bonus, are offered.
In collaboration with the employer branding team you will implement, monitor and analyze social media campaigns.
You search and select suitable channels to reach our target group.
You contribute to content creation and publication of target group specific posts, stories and reels videos in alignment with the pharma recruiting team and employer branding team (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
