Founded in 2016, Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale‑up. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Refresco, Harry Brot, ArcelorMittal and GXO) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on‑site.

The Role

Our mission? To revolutionize logistics, and that’s why we’re looking for an Account Executive in the DACH region. You will focus on expanding our client base in Germany, helping companies transform their yard operations, all while being part of a passionate, ambitious, and high‑energy team.

Responsibilities
  • Build the Peripass business in the home sectors in the DACH market: Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, and Food & Beverage.
  • Focus on the following regions: Niedersachsen (Hannover‑Bremen‑Hamburg) and North Rhine‑Westphalia; travel to clients in these areas and preferably live in one of these regions.
  • Guide prospects through their buying process with a laser focus on the DMU and a relationship‑focused, persistent approach.
  • After closing the client, ensure a seamless implementation in close cooperation with Implementation and Customer Success teams.
  • Find the right networks and events to be present at, to spread the word about Peripass.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and regularly spar with colleagues (Account Executives and BDRs) from other regions.
  • Regularly check in on colleagues at our Ghent HQ every 6 weeks and complete a thorough onboarding during the first 2 weeks at Peripass, Ghent.
Qualities & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in selling and closing enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Ideally, experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
  • Native‑level German speaking and writing; professional conversation level in English as our internal language.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management to navigate complex DMUs and land sales processes in international corporate environments.
  • A partnership and win‑win mindset while selling our solution.
  • A great sense of initiative and perseverance.
