A digital marketing firm is seeking an experienced German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager. You will develop strategic advertising solutions for mature clients, optimize campaigns, and provide expert guidance. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, strong communication skills, and is proficient in C2 German and English. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and relocation support to Barcelona.
We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to support high-value clients particularly in retail, travel, and other large-scale industries.
In this role, you will work closely with established businesses to develop strategic, long-term advertising solutions that drive measurable growth.
This position focuses on consultative account management rather than high-volume sales.
Your clients are mature advertisers with significant budgets , expecting expert guidance and advanced marketing support.
Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies for large German-speaking clients
Deliver data-driven recommendations and long-term growth plans
Provide strategic consultancy across campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and creative direction
Align advertising strategies with client business goals
Act as a subject-matter expert for advanced Google Ads features and marketing concepts
BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related area or equivalent professional experience
C2 German + strong English communication skills
1-2+ years in sales, digital advertising, or account management
Strong expertise in Google Ads , ideally with enterprise-level clients
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign optimization
Mid / Senior-level profile comfortable advising decision-makers
Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and consultative skills
Hybrid role in Barcelona 39h / week
30,000 gross / year + up to 3,500 bonus
Relocation support : flight + 1-month studio accommodation (subject to availability)
