Job summary
A global consulting firm is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their team in Frankfurt. This freelance role requires leading workshops, improving IT processes, and ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices. The ideal candidate has robust experience in ITSL and CMDB, is fluent in English, and is willing to travel monthly. Competitive contract with potential for extension.

- Solid understanding of process design methodologies.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly on-site workshops in Frankfurt.

- Collaborate with technical teams for implementation.

Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical company, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their Frankfurt team on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will help align IT processes with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support the implementation of scalable, compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead monthly on-site workshops in Frankfurt to drive process discovery and design.
- Analyse and improve existing ITSM and CMDB processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document target-state processes in line with ServiceNow best practices.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and integrity across ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver compliant, value-driven solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and support long-term roadmap development.
- Fluent in English. German language skills are a big plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Consultant in ITSM and CMDB environments.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB functionalities and best practices.
- Background in regulated industries, with a preference for pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
- Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks and process design methodologies.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g. ITSM, CMDB, Business Process Consultant) are a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and system integrations.
- Understanding of GxP compliance requirements and validation processes is a bonus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Willing and able to travel to Frankfurt once per month.
