Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical company, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their Frankfurt team on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will help align IT processes with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support the implementation of scalable, compliant ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly on-site workshops in Frankfurt to drive process discovery and design.
• Analyse and improve existing ITSM and CMDB processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and document target-state processes in line with ServiceNow best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and integrity across ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver compliant, value-driven solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and support long-term roadmap development.

Skillset

• Fluent in English. German language skills are a big plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Consultant in ITSM and CMDB environments.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB functionalities and best practices.
• Background in regulated industries, with a preference for pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
• Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks and process design methodologies.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g. ITSM, CMDB, Business Process Consultant) are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and system integrations.
• Understanding of GxP compliance requirements and validation processes is a bonus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
