Responsibilities
- Implement the business strategy defined with the Director of the Division
- Ensure, in collaboration with the various departments, the optimal customer satisfaction
- Develop sales in accordance with budgeted objectives
- Ensure control of the business and results (statistics clients, turnover ...) on a monthly basis
- Follow the progress of projects to their completion and federate the project team dedicated to the client in order to respond the requests
- Prepare the annual budget and conduct price negotiations ensuring the margins on the product portfolio
- Develop customer knowledge: its strategy, knowing the account, its products, its competitive environment, the process of selection / decision of a project
- Provide technical support to the customer in case of complaints, the needs, demands ...
- Ensure effective customer service and on time
Qualifications
- High Business School or Double competence as engineer with sales specialization
- Experience of min. 3-5 years in a similar position in the sector food
- English fluent
- Knowledge of budget process
- Knowledge of market
- Excellent communications skills and negotiation, being open-minded, driving force, creative, autonomous
- Profound IT Skills: MS Office, SAP (advantage)
