A leading packaging and paper company in Sonneberg seeks a People Partner/Site HR Manager to lead a team of about 190 employees. This position focuses on driving a productive culture and operational HR excellence, handling employee relations, and providing strategic HR guidance. Candidates should have extensive HR experience, be fluent in German and English, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers a full-time position, with an emphasis on personal and professional development within a diverse workplace.
The People Partner / Site HR Manager(m/f/d) is the HR leader responsible for our recently acquired Solid Board plant Sonneberg and its ~190 employees and will drive a positive & productive culture, an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations and leadership coaching.
