A leading cloud-native simulation platform in Munich is seeking a Freelance Event Marketing Manager to oversee logistics and execution for events across Europe and North America. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing brand presence. The role offers flexible working hours at approximately 1-2 days per week, scaling up during event peaks. Candidates should have over 4 years in event marketing, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot.

As we expand our presence at major global conferences and run more co-hosted events with partners, we’re looking for a freelance event marketer who can plug into our team and own execution with excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Event Marketing Manager to help us deliver outstanding event experiences across Europe and North America. This role combines logistics, creativity, and cross‑functional orchestration — ensuring SimScale shows up brilliantly at sponsored industry events, smaller niche conferences, and owned partner events.
You will operate as part of the marketing team, but with the flexibility to scale your hours depending on event volume: typically 1‑2 days per week, expanding during major event cycles.
