What you will do

As part of the Partner Success team you will work directly with Klarnas key merchant partners to grow and optimize their business. This is a cross-functional client-facing role with room to take on increasing responsibility and impact over time. Depending on your experience you may lead strategic conversations manage growth initiatives or support execution across high-value accounts.

  • Drive the success of Klarnas top-tier enterprise and growth accounts.
  • Shape and execute commercial initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and scalable value.
  • Lead or support strategic conversations ranging from product rollouts and commercial renegotiations to business performance reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Delivery, Marketing and Product teams to deliver tailored partner solutions.
  • Identify whitespace and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Use Klarnas AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, automate tasks and elevate decision-making.
  • Contribute to or lead long-term planning discussions, revenue forecasts and operational improvements.
Who you are
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Excited to work with Klarnas AI tools and data-driven operating model.

For Mid-Level Candidates :

13 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Consulting or Partner Support roles.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage projects with autonomy.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Motivation to grow into a strategic partner-facing role.

For Senior-Level Candidates :

5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales.

Experience managing high-value partner relationships and complex commercial negotiations.

Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering domain-level impact.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business growth independently.
