This full-time position offers a competitive salary between €63,888 and €89,758, depending on experience.

As part of the Partner Success team you will work directly with Klarnas key merchant partners to grow and optimize their business. This is a cross-functional client-facing role with room to take on increasing responsibility and impact over time. Depending on your experience you may lead strategic conversations manage growth initiatives or support execution across high-value accounts.
For Mid-Level Candidates :
13 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Consulting or Partner Support roles.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage projects with autonomy.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Motivation to grow into a strategic partner-facing role.
For Senior-Level Candidates :
5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
Experience managing high-value partner relationships and complex commercial negotiations.
