A technology solutions provider is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Munich to support their Fortune 1000 clients. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in customer success within the Enterprise SaaS sector and needs to be fluent in both German and English. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting business reviews, and driving product adoption. This role provides an opportunity to significantly impact customers' digital success working in a collaborative environment with SAP.

We’re looking for aCustomer Success Manager, Commercially adept but with a technical curiosity in the Product and what it can do for our Customers, to help take digital adoption and WalkMe to the next level.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for being a trusted advisor to a portfolio of around 10 Fortune 1000 WalkMe customers, helping them achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform. You will understand your clients' digital adoption goals, and recommend technology solutions to help them get the most out of our product and meet/exceed their goals. You will report to the Manager of Customer Success.
This role is with SAP, which means you'll be joining SAP as an employee while supporting WalkMe products.
