The MTO Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute MTO marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and operational objectives.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage digital marketing activities across channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs, analytics, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Content & Brand Management
- Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing content, including campaign messaging, promotional materials, and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed marketing reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must possess a valid U.S. work permit or work authorization.
