The MTO Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, develop, and execute MTO marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and business growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and operational objectives.
    • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
    • Manage digital marketing activities across channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs, analytics, and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Content & Brand Management
    • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing content, including campaign messaging, promotional materials, and digital assets.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
    • Prepare detailed marketing reports and dashboards for leadership review.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
    • Participate in virtual meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews.
    • Maintain clear documentation of marketing processes and campaign results.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.

  • Must reside in the United States.
