We’re looking for a Python Developer to design and build the backend of Elva’s innovative AI-powered application. You’ll work on modular architecture, integrate external APIs, and contribute to product functionality and user experience. This is a hands‑on role where your code and technical decisions will directly impact product scalability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Languages & Frameworks: Python 3.10+, FastAPI, aiohttp, gRPC, grpclib
- Databases & Caching: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Messaging & Processing: Kafka, opencv-python
- Testing & Deployment: pytest, Docker Compose
- AI/ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Design a modern, modular, and scalable backend architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Integrate third‑party APIs (AI, monetization, etc.).
- Optimize and maintain existing codebase.
- Implement innovative solutions and best practices.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Hands‑on experience building backend services from scratch and deploying to production.
- Deep understanding of modern Python development practices.
- Experience designing and developing reusable modules/libraries.
- Strong expertise with relational databases.
- Knowledge of modern deployment practices.
- Solid experience with asynchronous processing and task queues.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.
- Familiarity with REST and gRPC.
