Founded in 2014, with over 500 employees across Munich, Berlin, Vienna, and London, we are working on innovative financial services guided by our company values.

We are expanding our Financial Engineering team and seek backend developers to focus on deploying data products and developing software solutions. Your role will involve creating and improving wealth management platforms and building regulatory risk control systems, primarily using Python and AWS services.

• Design and build a new platform using modern practices like agile development, CI/CD, test automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with software engineers and quant developers to implement industry-changing financial solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-performance monitoring tools for regulatory purposes (e.g., Datadog, Metabase).
• Select tools for handling large datasets from diverse sources.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code with a focus on security.
• Develop interfaces connecting internal services with external asset allocation engines.
• Build cloud-native solutions for processing financial data at high volumes.
• Contribute to creating next-generation wealth management and brokerage services accessible to all.

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or similar.
• 5+ years of backend experience in Python (mandatory).
• Experience with AWS services, Docker, Git, RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven business applications and databases.
• Familiarity with Python development, DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and asynchronous architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative work style.

• Experience in quantitative modeling and data-driven decision-making.
