Their mission is to translate the needs of learners, volunteers, and partners into well‑functioning digital products; coordinate high‑quality platform delivery with internal teams and external partners; and continuously improve user experience through data, feedback, and thoughtful product decisions.

They act as the bridge between educational goals, technical implementation, and user experience, creating digital environments where accessible education, empowerment, and long‑term impact can thrive.

Your tasks
1) Roadmaps, Priorities & Cross‑Team Alignment

Co‑define and maintain product roadmaps for the LMS, mentoring platform, Talent Pool, and AI‑powered features, based on organizational goals, user needs, and data.

Help shape platform user journeys and ensure a consistent experience across systems.

Align priorities across internal stakeholders and coordinate with external partners to plan delivery and timelines.

2) Platform Setup, Customization & Quality

Lead platform configuration: structure, templates, permissions, workflows, and overall setup.

Coordinate quality assurance for updates and releases, ensuring platforms are reliable, accessible, and easy to use.

Support rollouts and platform changes with clear documentation and smooth onboarding experiences.

3) Daily Technical Operations & Partner Coordination

Oversee platform monitoring, bug reporting, and technical health checks.

Coordinate external development partners to ensure timely fixes, improvements, and stable operations.

Identify technical risks early and ensure mitigation plans are in place.

4) AI‑Enabled Learning Features

Define user journeys and requirements for AI‑supported learning experiences.

Coordinate testing and refinement of AI interactions to ensure usability, reliability, and responsible use.

Coordinate deployments and quality testing with partners.

5) Mentoring Platform & Talent Pool Ownership

Lead feature improvements for the mentoring platform (ReDI Connect), focusing on user experience and smooth workflows.

Improve data structures, user flows, and matching functionality in the Talent Pool.

Ensure both platforms meet the needs of learners, mentors, and employers.

6) User Feedback & Improvement Cycles

Contribute to user research and feedback loops (surveys, interviews, usability checks), in close collaboration with program leads.

Translate insights into platform improvements and partner delivery plans.

Support improvements to onboarding and key user journeys.

Your profile
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Product Owner / Product Manager (or similar), ideally working with multi‑user digital products (e.g., platforms, marketplaces, content‑heavy tools, or SaaS products).

Experience coordinating external developers / technical vendors and managing delivery dependencies.

Ability to turn needs into clear requirements and priorities, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery partners (even if partners write the detailed technical tickets).

Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with dashboards, user metrics, and operational insights.

Experience with integrations (e.g., SSO, communication tools, CRM systems) and platform ecosystems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments.

Experience in Agile / Scrum ways of working.

Competencies & Mindset

User‑centered thinking: empathy for learners, mentors, and employers.

Strategic prioritization: balancing impact, effort, and feasibility.

Structured problem‑solving: able to simplify complexity and make decisions.

Adaptability: comfortable in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven, multicultural environment.
